Where's My Order?

How Tracking Works

1. Order placed. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

2. Processing (1-3 business days). We prepare and pack your order.

3. Shipped. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

4. In transit (7-14 business days). Your package is on its way. International orders may pass through customs.

5. Delivered. Your order arrives at your door.

Good to Know

• Tracking may take 2-3 days to update. After your order ships, it can take a little while for the carrier's system to show the first scan. This is normal.
• Updates can pause during international transit. Packages crossing borders sometimes show no new scans for several days, especially during customs processing. Your order is still moving.
• Can't find your tracking email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or email us with your order number and we'll resend it.

• Your tracking number hasn't updated after 5 days
• Your order hasn't arrived after 14 business days of shipping
• Your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package
• You need to update your shipping address (before the order ships)
